On Campus Room Condition
The room condition form is for your protection. Your room will be checked for damages at the time that you check-out of your room or if you change rooms. To eliminate any charge for damages that you have not caused, please inspect the items and be specific in indicating the extent of damage and the exact location. Among the things you should look for are dust, grease, holes, stains, burns, damages and wear.
It is the responsibility of every resident to complete and submit this condition form within one week (7 days) of check-in, a room change, or after rotation. Please Note: If there are any changes in living accommodations, a new Room Condition Form must be submitted to the Housing Office (within 7 days of the change).
